Hi! I’m Eagan, a Kinesiology graduate from York University and a WITS Level 2 certified personal trainer. With over 7 years of basketball coaching experience, I bring a passion for movement, discipline, and performance to every session.
My coaching background has shaped my approach to fitness—focused on leadership, motivation, and building confidence. I train using German Body Composition methods, combining resistance work with metabolic conditioning to support fat loss, lean muscle, and athletic performance.
Having played and coached basketball competitively, I understand sport-specific demands and how to build strength, endurance, and explosiveness. Whether you're training for sport, confidence, or overall wellness, I’m here to support your journey with structure, positivity, and sustainable habits.

Meet Hamza
Hey! I’m Hamza, a Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy student here at York and a CanFit Pro certified trainer. I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works and functions, and this naturally translated to a love for fitness and healthcare. I understand that the gym can be an intimidating place, but I will make sure to help educate and empower my clients to take control of their bodies. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or simply keep up with your friends during intramurals, I’ll be able to help you find a plan to get there!
Meet Lily
Hey! My name is Lily, and I’m currently in my first year of Teachers College, and education plays a huge role in how I coach. My philosophy as a personal trainer is centred on teaching lifelong skills that empower people to lead happy, healthy, and sustainable lives. I believe fitness shouldn’t be about quick fixes or chasing a number on the scale, it’s about learning how to move well, feel strong, and take care of your body for the long run.
My own fitness journey started exactly where many of my clients begin. Unsure how to navigate a gym and a bit intimidated. Nearly four years ago, I took the first step to improve my health by working with a personal trainer and joining group fitness classes and that has changed my life forever. Over time, those small, consistent steps built a level of confidence and strength I never imagined I could have. That experience is what inspired me to help others feel the same way.
Whether you’re just starting out or wanting to rebuild confidence in the gym, my goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can grow stronger physically and mentally!

​I am a third-year Kinesiology student at York University, actively engaged in the Athletic Therapy program, and a WITS Level 2 certified trainer. With a strong athletic background, including experience as a high-level baseball player and hockey goalie, I understand firsthand the challenges of reconditioning the body post-injury. My journey has instilled in me a deep commitment to not only recover but to return stronger and better. As a W.I.T.S-certified personal trainer, I completed an internship at a rehabilitation-focused gym, where I got experience in recovery and tailored fitness programs to meet the unique demands of each client’s lifestyle. My approach prioritizes understanding the underlying reasons for each exercise and educating clients on the methods to achieve their goals. I believe that an effective training experience should serve as a foundational step towards complete confidence in the gym.
